• Providing and improving our services
• Location Data & Background Location: AgroRover uses background location for real-time tracking of contractor's agricultural rovers and driver routes. This data is collected even when the app is closed or not in use to ensure continuous tracking for the farmer. This data is securely transmitted and is only shared with the farmer. We do not sell your location data to third parties.
• Processing Payments: AgroRover facilitates payments through our secure third-party payment gateway, Zwitch. We do not directly collect, store, or process your full credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank account details on our servers. All transaction data is encrypted and handled directly by our payment partners in accordance with their strict security and privacy standards.
• Responding to your enquiries and requests
• Sending you updates, newsletters, or promotional materials (if you have opted in)
• Processing payments (if applicable)
• Analyzing website traffic and user behavior to enhance user experience
• Detecting and preventing fraud or security breaches

Account Deletion & Data Retention

• In-App Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account at any time directly within the application by navigating to the main Navigation Drawer and selecting the "Delete Account" option.
• Data Scrubbing & Anonymization: Upon receiving an account deletion request, your Personal Identifiable Information—including your Name, Email Address, and Phone Number—will be immediately and permanently purged or irreversibly anonymized in our systems.
• Transaction Records: Non-personal data related to past transaction histories (such as completed tractor rentals and rental invoices) may be retained for a limited period solely to fulfill regulatory accounting, taxation, and legal compliance obligations. This retained information will be completely decoupled from your identity and cannot be used to re-identify you.
